Founder & Managing Director
Carolyn Zhu is the Founder and Managing Director of ATF Group Australia, bringing over 20 years of experience in tax compliance and business advisory.
She has successfully supported hundreds of businesses across diverse industries, providing commercially focused advice that helps clients navigate complex regulatory and financial environments.
Carolyn is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants (FIPA), a Registered Tax Agent, a Registered SMSF Auditor with ASIC, and a Justice of the Peace.
Her leadership has established ATF Group as a trusted advisory firm known for integrity, professionalism, and client-focused service.
Kevin Liu
Founding Member
Kevin Liu specialises in taxation services for individuals and small to medium-sized enterprises. He brings strong technical expertise in compliance, structuring, and advisory services.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), is a CPA Australia member, and a Registered Tax Agent.
Michael Yang
Partner
Michael Yang brings extensive experience across accounting and financial services, particularly in superannuation and retirement planning.
He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Master of Commerce (Financial Planning) and is a Registered SMSF Auditor with ASIC.
